Be prepared to provide us with an image of your driver’s license. If someone will co-sign the loan, please have an image of their license too.

If you receive your pay electronically, your pay history is available from your employer’s HR site. Simply download or make a screen-capture image of your most recent pay periods (30 days).
If you receive a printed paycheck, please provide copies of your most recent paycheck stubs (30 days).

Your year-end total earnings appear on the W-2 form provided by your employer at the end of each calendar year. The form is delivered to you either digitally or in printed form. Please be prepared to provide a copy or image of your W-2 form for the previous two years.

Create a list of your financial assets: checking and savings account statements, retirement account statements, investment funds, mutual funds, certificates of deposit, and property.

If you file a tax return electronically, and have not saved copies to your desktop, log in to your tax service provider’s platform for instruction on how to obtain copies of your previously filed returns.
