Online Banking is getting a new look on September 8th. All the same great features, plus some cool new ones.
Online Banking allows you to access account information, pay your bill, transfer funds, find the nearest ATM and much more.
New features will include:
Favorite accounts – Choose the accounts you want to see front and center when you log in.
Favorite features – Place your favorite features like quick transfer, eStatements, and bill pay on your home page.
Member messaging – Neat little pop-up to alert you about messages like documents ready for eSignature and arrival of ACH deposits.
Upload your profile pic – All personal info has been grouped under the new Profile menu, which can be customized with an uploaded picture. Especially nice for members who jump between accounts – each member can have a different profile pic!
Search transaction history – When viewing Account Details (transaction history) there is a new “search transactions” box where you can enter an amount, part of the transaction description, a check number, or any other text that appears in the transaction list to find all matching items. An “Advanced” button also lets you choose from a list of common transaction types, or specify a dollar amount range.
Current users who have bookmarked online banking will need to visit our website and log in. Simply delete the old bookmark and create a new one.
New online banking users, please call TCCU member Services (313) 291-3300 to receive a secure password. Enter your member number and the password under the online banking login tab located in the upper right of this page.
*Note: The password assigned is a temporary password, valid for only 24 hours. Please login within 24 hours of receiving a password. Call the credit union or stop by if you need any further assistance.
