Total Community Credit Union continues to work hard to serve our members during this difficult time. Like you, we are closely monitoring the ongoing developments related to the coronavirus and remain focused on the well-being of our members and employees.
What Total Community Credit Union Is Doing
The safety and well-being of our members, employees and their families is our highest priority.
-We have reserved an hour for our senior citizen & high-risk members, Monday-Thursday 9:00AM - 10:00AM
-Everyone inside the CU will be required to wear a face mask.
-Practice Social Distancing. Floor markings will help to keep 6' between lobby guests.
-We ask that member continue to make an appointment when they need to meet with a Member Service Representative.
Why are we making this change?
The risk of the spread of infection between members standing in line waiting for service or between employees and members being served will grow assuming COVID-19 becomes more prevalent in our communities. Making this change to limit lobby traffic will greatly lessen that risk.
Manage Your Finances
We strongly recommend that you leverage all the self-service banking options available through our online and mobile banking. You can easily check balances, deposit checks, make payments, transfer funds and more through these services.
- Reach telephone teller banking at 844-307-7863
- Drive thru service is available. Most transactions can be handled from the convenience of your car.
-ATM service can accept either cash or checks deposits
- Call 313-291-3300. Our staff is available during our normal business hours to assist you with any questions.
-Access cash and check account balances at more than 30,000 fee-free ATMs in the CO-OP, NYCE and Cirrus networks.
Government Issued Economic Impact Payments
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has launched a new web tool allowing quick registration for Economic Impact Payments (EIP) for those who don’t normally file a tax return.>
