PAT (Phone-A-Teller)

What is PAT?

It's TCCU's Phone-A-Teller.

But, most importantly, it's no-cost convenience just for you. You will have access to your account 24/7 and you only need access to a touch-tone phone to use the system.

Just call (800) 342-0487 to access PAT.

What can PAT do?

TRANSACTIONS

  • You can transfer money from one type of account to another
  • Withdraw funds by check and have it mailed to your home
  • Transfer funds from your account to another member's account
  • Transfer money from a savings or checking to make loan or VISA credit card payments

INQUIRIES

  • Get up-to-the-minute current and available account balances
  • Find out what checks have cleared your account
  • Review deposit and withdrawal history on your account
  • Get a loan payoff balance
  • Check on the next due date and amount due on your loan accounts

 How can I sign up for PAT?

In order to use PAT you will need a PIN number. PAT uses the same PIN number as Online Banking so if you use Online Banking you already have the ability to access PAT. If you need to sign up for a PIN number you can stop by the office and fill out an application, you can call (800) 291-3003 and we will mail you an application, you can request an application via e-mail by clicking here, or you can print an application right now by clicking here. Adobe Reader is required in order to print an application. If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download a free copy of it by clicking the Adobe Icon located below.
